Here is a fun, EDITABLE, fall-themed French literacy game to get your students practicing their letter names and sight words!

EEK is great for small group time, but can also be used as an independent centre – complete with “I Can” cards to encourage student independence.

SAVE BY GRABBING THIS RESOURCE AS PART OF A BUNDLE!

All that you need to play the game is what’s included in this pack and a die for each group. If you prefer pocket dice, I have also included cards that can be placed inside your pocket dice.

This resource includes:

  • One game mat
  • “I Can” cards (full page and half page options)
  • Alphabet cards (letters A-Z)
  • Pre-made cards for 60 high-frequency words
  • an EDITABLE page of blank cards, where you can add your own words

 

Students will practice the letter names of all 26 letters (majuscule and minuscule) and 60 high-frequency words via this game.

There is also an editable page, where you can add your own sight words!

Please note that this product is contained in a Zip file that includes both a pdf document (the game) and a PowerPoint file (the editable page). In order to edit the game, you must have PowerPoint or Keynote on your computer. Please ensure that your computer can open zipped files prior to purchasing!
