Description
Looking for a quick, easy way to assess your students’ letter knowledge this year?
Use these Google Slides™ presentations to efficiently evaluate your students’ letter and/or sound knowledge. Print the tracking sheets, and use them while your students name the letters to track the ones they know, and the ones they are still working on.
(The order of the letters on the tracking sheets match the order in the presentations, to make things easier for you!)
Then, use your tracking sheets to help you let parents know which letters their child has mastered, and which they still need to work on.
You can type right inside of the PDF document by opening it in Adobe, or, if you prefer, you can print it blank and write with a pen.
BUNDLE AND SAVE! Grab this resource as part of my French Alphabet Essentials Bundle!
This resource includes a slideshow for uppercase and lowercase letters, and a PDF containing the tracking sheet and three partially-editable parent letter templates. You’ll need a device that can open Google Slides™ to use this resource!
This resource includes:
- A Google Slides™ presentation for all 26 uppercase letters – one word per slide, white on a back background, letters out of order
- A Google Slides™ presentation for all 26 lowercase letters + book a and book g – one word per slide, white on a back background, letters out of order
- A tracking sheet to track one student 4x per year OR 4 different students at a time, once per year. Prior to printing, you are able to type student names and dates in the fillable boxes using Adobe.
- 3 templates for parent letters – use these letters to inform parents of their child’s assessment, and list the letters they already know + the ones they need to work on. Templates include one in English, one in French, and one in both languages
- Teacher instructions for getting set up
This resource is ideal for this school year, because your students can sit a bit away from you and still see the presentations, plus there is nothing for them to touch!
