FRENCH Stamping Worksheets Aligned with the Science of Reading (Literacy Centre)

This resource includes:

• 22 stamping worksheets for the following vowels: Aa, Ee, Ii, Oo, Uu, Éé
• 60 decodable word cards to stamp and spell
• Teacher instructions

These worksheets and word cards will be decodable for students who know their letter sounds. Silent letters are written in gray.

Option 1:

Dis, cartographie, tamponne – Students will say the name of the object in the picture. They will segment the sounds and map them (one per box). Silent letters are already written in grey for them. Then, they will stamp the word from start to finish in the box below (10 pages).

Option 2:

Dis, écris, tamponne – Students will say the name of the object in the picture. They will segment the sounds and write them on the provided line. Silent letters are already written in grey for them. Then, they will stamp the word from start to finish in the box below. (10 pages)

Option 3:

Écris, cartographie, tamponne – Students will draw a card and say the name of the object in the picture. They will copy the word, then segment the sounds and write them in the provided boxes. Then, they will stamp the word from start to finish in the box below. (2 pages + 60 word cards)
