Bonjour!
I don’t know about you, but I have spent a bit more money than I wanted to on my classroom this back-to-school season. It’s so hard to resist all of the cute stuff and quality resources!
I figured that now would be a great time to share some FREE resources with you, to help get you through until that credit card is all paid off ;)
Here are five of my favourite fall-themed French freebies!
1. COLORIAGE PAR LETTRE
This freebie can be found in my Free French Resource Library (not a member? Just CLICK HERE and fill out your info, and I will email you the password!) in the seasonal/holidays section.
2. LANCE LE DÉ ET TROUVE – Laura sous la Pluie
This is a cute little free math game – it would make a nice, simple centre that is easy for your students to understand!
3. CASSE-TÊTE AUTOMNE – La classe de Madame Émilie
These ABC order puzzles make great, self-correcting literacy centres this time of year.
4. TAPETTE À MOUCHES – La classe de Madame Angel
If your students are anything like mine, they need as much vocabulary practice as they can get. This fall-themed game is perfect to play with your small groups – especially those who need big vocab boosts before they will be ready to read!
5. LETTRES CITROUILLES (FRENCH POKE CARDS) – Yvette Rossignol
Here is another alphabet freebie. These poke cards are a fun way for your students to practice their letter recognition with a partner!
6. FRENCH FALL CRAFTIVITY – French Frenzy
This free French scarecrow craftivity is SO CUTE! It also includes a writing activity, if your students are ready for that!
7. FREE FALL PUZZLES – French Buzz
These vocabulary puzzles would be a great centre! I would pop matching stickers on the back of the pieces that go together, so that they are self-correcting.
Well, there you have it! Hopefully some of these resources will be useful for you and your students this year. Let me know if you use any of them, or if you have any other great fall-themed French freebies to add to the list! :)
PS – Are you a member of my FREE Resource Library for French primary teachers? If not, what are you waiting for?? Sign up below for access to every freebie I’ve ever made… and will ever make!
