FRENCH Alphabet Tracing Practice Worksheets – Letter Formation Practice

Kindergarten students need LOTS of practice correctly forming their letters! Use these tracing sheets to teach your French primary students students correct letter formation for maximum neatness and efficiency.

I find the letters on these sheets to be the perfect size, and there is a star on each letter, to show them the correct place to start. There is also an image on each sheet that matches all of my other alphabet products!

This resource contains:

• 26 tracing sheets (one each for letters A-Z)
• Each sheet contains many opportunities to trace the target letter
• Each sheet contains an image of an anchor word for the target letter (2 each of Cc & Gg)

The focus of these sheets is correctly forming each letter of the alphabet – each page is filled with places for your students to practice the upper- and lowercase versions of the target letter (there are no words to trace that begin with the target letter).

Your kinders can use these sheets to practice their letters however you like – whole group, small group, centres, early finishers… the choice is yours!

I use them whole group, at the carpet, because I like to be able to see that everyone is following directions and writing their letters properly – bad habits can be hard to break!
