FRENCH Phonics Décode et Trouve – Read and Find Decoding Activity Sheets

Your students will have so much fun with these decodable read & find worksheets. Two options are included, so you can use them whole-group or as an independent literacy centre or small group activity.

This resource contains ten activity sheets for ten different French vowel sounds. All ten sheets are available in both colour and black & white (so there are 20 pages in total).

Each page has it’s own target sound. Students will read all ten words that feature the target sound, find them in the picture, circle them, and then check them off.

Silent letters are written in gray, and sons composés are underlined.

You can use these sheets in two ways. Print a copy of the black & white version and have students read, find, and colour. Or, print and laminate the colour versions, laminate, and have students read and circle each object with a dry erase marker.
